Monique joined B Strata in 2019 and she brings 7 years’ experience working in strata management. She has completed her Certificate IV in Property Services & Operations and is a Level 2 Certified Member of SCA WA.
Monique’s organised and methodical approach ensure that she moves through her workload quickly and effectively, drawing on her years of experience and vast knowledge of the strata industry. Her communication skills are exceptional, and she prides herself on being transparent, professional and efficient, ensuring she delivers on outcomes to scope and on time, and keeps her clients updated throughout the process.
Monique’s positive, solution-based attitude means that no task is too great for her tackle, and having been appointed strata manager for many of our newer schemes under management she has quickly proved that she can devise solutions to problems which other strata managers could not. |
