Prior to B Strata, Tarsha spent years developing her customer service and management skills working in retail, children’s services, and flexible workspace solutions. Tarsha relocated from Sydney to Perth in 2017 and came on board with B Strata as a Receptionist and Office Administrator.
Upon the purchase of her first property, Tarsha took on the position of Secretary of the Council of Owners of the Strata Scheme she owned in. She gained considerable experience and empathy from her involvement and fostered relationships with other owners in strata.
It was not long before Tarsha decided to take on further responsibilities within the office and completed the A100 course to further her strata knowledge, before moving into the role of Assistant Strata Community Manager.
In 2018, Tarsha won the SCA WA Support Team Member of the Year Award and was nominated for the 2018 Australasian Support Team Member of the Year Award.
Tarsha has a passion for customer service and thrives in a high end, fast paced work environment and enjoys working alongside a great team.
