As strata properties vary considerably in scope – size, layout, and types of facilities – the responses to these frequently asked questions provide general advice. The information below applies to managers (including strata managers, caretakers, concierge etc) residents and owners of residential strata properties to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
