Community Title Services
Preparing and managing Community Titled Schemes is an incredibly specialized field and should only be undertaken by an experienced team with the necessary skill-set. The team at B Strata are unique in WA, in that we have the experience and the skill-set to be able to deliver both in the setup and then the ongoing management of a Community Titled Scheme.
Scott has consulted extensively with Landgate on the Community Titles since 2016, both in his roles with the Strata Community Association and the Property Council of Australia.
Over this period Scott has also worked with Mark Atkinson from Atkinson legal and both Tim Morgan and Sean Macfarlane from Lavan Legal consulting with a range of sophisticated developers on the opportunities that the Community Titles Act can offer to both their greenfields and high density development sites.
