I had few queries with our apartment and when I contacted the B Strata office, the manager was unavailable to help me. However, Samantha did her best to help me. She was very detailed with her explanations and prompt in sending me the information that I needed.

I had my first experience with this company yesterday. As an owner in a strata complex without a manager I rang B Strata to ask for some advice.
The receptionist was very understanding and helpful. She suggested I put my concerns in an email addressed to her and she would pass it on the someone who could assist. Within hours I had an email from one of the strata managers offering to ring me today. As promised, I received a phone call from Melanie who proved herself to be understanding, knowledgeable and sympathetic.
She selflessly gave up 45 minutes of her time to walk me through, step by step, the intricacies of the strata management.
Although not retained by me or my strata complex, she unstintingly gave of both her time and advice and then offered to make herself available should I have any further concerns over the coming weeks. It is rare that I have come across such a caring, helpful and knowledgeable person in today's business world. Kudos to Melanie and B Strata.

Good morning Debbie,
Whilst the issues at Velocity continue to frustrate us and our tenants, especially the numerous false fire evacuations, I wanted to let you know that since Chandre has taken over the Velocity portfolio, the communication and empathy shown have been a huge improvement on what we had before.
I have been impressed by her understanding and the fact that she responds as quickly as possible and provides feedback.
It has been a breath of fresh air dealing with her.

I want to sincerely thank you personally in the professional way you conducted our first AGM. You were prepared, you had control, you knew your subject, you had yin and yang and you were more than patient in explaining Strata Law.
We lost Bellcourt services in September 2016 and from that day onwards I have been lobbying for Bellcourt to be reappointed. I personally had a good working relationship with Joan Bellerby, and Kim Van Elden and other supporting team members.
With the changing of the guard and the rebranding to B- Strata I am impressed with the new tools that are available to clients. I have taken great interest in Scott Bellerby’s videos on all things Strata, they are so well done and helpful.
