Strata Management Practice Standard
We are proud to announce that we have been Strata Management Practice Standard Certified by Strata Community Association, the peak industry body for strata.
What this means:
B Strata is one of the few strata management businesses in Australia to have successfully undergone a business audit of our strata management policies and procedures. The audit examines that we adhere to a practice standard that ensures we are up to date with professional development, seek continual improvement, work within legislative requirements, and adhere to a professional and ethical code of conduct.
Strata Community Association (SCA) developed the Strata Management Practice Standard (SMPS) to offer SCA members an opportunity to further their professional standing in the strata management industry.
The SMPS is a voluntary practice standard for strata community management businesses in relation to their own internal procedures and contractual relationships with strata communities.
Through an independent audit, the SMPS recognises businesses that have developed and adhered to documented internal processes, which are implemented to improve both client satisfaction and internal business processes.
