Ashleigh began her tenure at B Strata in April 2021, leveraging five years of high-end hospitality experience to excel in a client-focused environment. After earning her Bachelor of Commerce in Tourism and Hospitality from Curtin University in 2019, she quickly proved her capacity for delivering exceptional service and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrating an eagerness to learn and a commitment to professional growth, Ashleigh attained Level 2 Accreditation and completed her Certificate IV in Strata Community Management. She has since advanced to the role of Senior Strata Community Manager, where she applies her warm personality, teamwork mindset, and dedication to exceeding client expectations. Ashleigh’s proactive approach and passion for supporting owners and residents make her a key part of the B Strata team.
