B Strata manage a number of large survey-strata developments, the majority of which we have brought on-line and managed since inception, including a staged 85 lot, over 55's development incorporating a community centre with numerous facilities, such as a pool, spa, gym, commercial kitchen, residents lounge, bar, dining room, hairdresser and medical rooms. Further, our portfolio consists of several 90 plus lot, staged, survey strata schemes, each with varied facilities and short stay developments.
