Sean O'Sullivan became a part of the B Strata team in September 2023. With a Bachelor's Honours Degree in Human Resource Management, Sean has a strong foundation in organizational dynamics and people management, making him a valuable asset to our team.
Before joining B Strata, Sean spent 3 ½ years in the retail sector, developing exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. This background has equipped him to understand and exceed client expectations effectively. In his previous role with an energy company in Ireland, Sean was instrumental in developing systems and processes, ensuring operational efficiency and product maintenance. His expertise in process improvement and attention to detail align seamlessly with B Strata's commitment to excellence.
Outside of work, Sean is an avid traveller, having explored 22 countries across 5 continents. His adventurous spirit and willingness to embrace new challenges make him a valuable addition to our team. Sean is also a passionate football (soccer) enthusiast, reflecting his dedication and teamwork, qualities that enhance his role at B Strata.
